COMMON QUESTIONS

Useful answers before you reach out.

Is the website symptom experience a real diagnosis?+

No. It is an educational and entertainment experience that shows how symptom patterns can narrow possibilities. The vehicle still needs hands-on testing.

How much are diagnostics and inspections?+

A standard diagnostic visit is $95. Basic inspections are $100: Visual underhood, brake, tire, steering and suspension, exterior-light, and fluid-condition checks, plus a basic code scan when supported. No disassembly; the exact checklist is confirmed before the visit. Advanced inspections are $200: The basic checklist plus a broader scan, safe road-test observations when appropriate, photos, and written findings. Specialized testing and disassembly are quoted separately.

Does a trouble code tell you which part to replace?+

Not by itself. A code identifies the system or condition the computer noticed. Testing is used to determine why the code set.
