Scheduling & Services
We provide mobile tire and brake services in Mayfield Heights and throughout the Greater Cleveland area, including Aurora, Avon, Avon Lake, Bay Village, Beachwood, Bedford, Berea, Broadview Heights, Chesterland, Cleveland Heights, Euclid, Fairview Park, Gates Mills, Hudson, Kent, Lakewood, Mayfield Heights, Mentor, Parma, Parma Heights, Richmond Heights, Rocky River, Shaker Heights, Solon, South Euclid, Streetsboro, Twinsburg, Westlake, and surrounding communities.
We sometimes offer same-day service for tire-related issues depending on our schedule and availability. For brake services, same-day completion is less common as we typically need to order specific parts for your vehicle’s make and model to ensure quality and proper fit.
When you contact us, we’ll provide an honest timeline for your specific service needs. For urgent situations, we prioritize appointments as much as possible and can often provide temporary solutions or safety assessments while parts are being ordered. We recommend scheduling brake services 2-5 days in advance when possible to allow for parts acquisition.
Our standard mobile service hours are 7 days a week from 9:00AM to 9:00PM.
We understand that vehicle issues don’t always happen during convenient hours, which is why we offer extended service hours:
- Evening appointments (6:00PM – 9:00PM): Available Monday through Friday with a $35 after-hours convenience fee.
- Emergency service: Available outside standard hours, including Sundays and holidays, for urgent tire and brake issues with a $65-95 emergency service fee depending on time and location.
All appointments, including after-hours service, should be scheduled in advance when possible. Same-day service is often available during standard hours depending on our schedule and your location within the Cleveland/Mayfield Heights service area

We can perform services in most driveways, parking lots, or other safe, reasonably level locations with adequate space to work around the vehicle.
We can perform most services in light rain or snow with our portable equipment covers. For heavy precipitation, extreme temperatures (below 20°F or above 95°F), or unsafe conditions, we may need to reschedule for safety and quality reasons. We’ll always communicate with you if weather might impact your appointment.
We need access to your vehicle and keys as well as a secure payment method. If your vehicle is easily accessible and you leave keys in a safe location, you do not need to be present. You can arrive anytime to make your payment or leave it alongside the keys.
We service most passenger vehicles including sedans, SUVs, crossovers, minivans, pickup trucks, and light commercial vehicles. Our mobile tire and brake services are equipped to handle both domestic and foreign makes and models up to 3/4 ton trucks. For specialty vehicles, high-performance sports cars, or heavy-duty trucks over 3/4 ton, please contact us beforehand to confirm service availability. We pride ourselves on accommodating nearly all vehicles in the Cleveland and Mayfield Heights area.
Yes, we can install customer-provided tires and brake parts with a few important considerations:
For tires: We can install tires you’ve purchased elsewhere, but please ensure they’re the correct size and rating for your vehicle. We charge our standard installation fee plus our mobile service fee depending on location, and while we guarantee our workmanship, we cannot provide a warranty on the tires themselves.
For brake parts: We generally recommend using our high-quality brake components to ensure optimal safety and performance. If you prefer to provide your own brake parts, they must be new (not used), the correct specification for your vehicle, and from a reputable manufacturer. Please note that while we’ll stand behind our installation work, we cannot warranty customer-provided parts if they fail or cause issues.
In either case, please let us know in advance when scheduling your appointment that you’ll be providing your own parts so we can prepare accordingly. There may be a small additional service fee for customer-supplied parts due to warranty limitations.
A full set of four tires typically takes 60-90 minutes, including mounting and balancing.
Replacing brake pads and rotors on one axle usually takes 45-90 minutes
Our price includes mounting, computerized balancing, new standard valve stems (if applicable), and installation on your vehicle. Responsible disposal of your old tires is also included.
While we primarily operate as a scheduled mobile tire and brake service, we understand that emergencies happen. If you have an urgent tire or brake issue, we encourage you to call us to check our availability.
Depending on our schedule and your location in the Cleveland/Mayfield Heights area, we may be able to accommodate same-day emergency service. However, we typically require 2-5 days advance scheduling, especially for brake services that might require specific parts ordering.
For the best service experience, we recommend booking your appointment several days in advance whenever possible. If we’re unable to accommodate your emergency, we’d be happy to recommend reliable towing services that can transport your vehicle to a location where we can service it at our next available appointment

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you experience any issues with our work, contact us immediately and we’ll return to address the problem at no additional cost. All parts and labor are warranted and we stand behind our work 100%.
Tires typically last 40,000-60,000 miles depending on driving conditions and maintenance. Brake pads usually need replacement every 30,000-50,000 miles. We recommend inspections every 6 months for optimal safety and performance.
We responsibly recycle all used tires and brake components in compliance with environmental regulations. Old tires are processed at certified recycling facilities, and brake components are properly disposed of or recycled according to material type.
